# Are drivers always to be blamed?
Road accidents has been a rampant incident we do see on both the major and minor roads. 
Mostly, they say is due to reckless driving.

# But do we consider the destructions too. 
The mobile phone usage has also contributed to greater number of road accidents. 
Drivers are caution not to drive and talk on the phone but it seems not to ever work.

At times it can be an emergency call who knows what could have happened.  Failure to even use hands-free devices in car is something that just a few drivers do. 
The doctor alone can never be a life saver if we don't contribute positively. 
It's sad when someone's ignorance can lead to the loss of one's life, or making life unbearable. 

Upon second thought, if the driver seems not to adhere to instructions of not to talk on phones while driving,  then you the person on the phone with the driver should not also be ignorant.  Its nice to always see friends and loved ones around. 
So henceforth if you know someone who owns a car and you call try as much to ask are you driving, if yes hang up and call later to avoid further road accidents.
