With the arrival of spring, many are surprised and interested in where bullfinches fly away. I have the same question regarding starlings!
It would seem that such familiar birds should always be in the forest, but no. Starlings appear in the forests of my city only in mid-spring, and for a short time. Then they disappear somewhere.

I read in the encyclopedia that in the summer they roam in families, huddled in flocks. This is interesting. Yes, in the summer I occasionally see families of 3-5 birds in the meadows, where they walk on the ground for a while and then fly away together.
