It's time for a new chapter. I've been banging my head against a wall too long and why would I do that when life is so short, all I want is to go with the flow because resistance is the primary place that emotional suffering comes from. 

And so let this day be marked I begin a new ready to embrace what comes my way and to seek what is real to me, love, experience and learning, pain and grief alike.

Today I commit to being truer to myself first and through so doing, I will be truer to others.
