Greetings again my dear friends of this prestigious platform, for no human being it is a secret that our emotions are responsible for the mobilization of our essential body compass which should guide us to the path or course of success, that is, towards all those things or activities with which we feel comfortable with our life making our existence as pleasant as possible.
In relation to the above, sometimes we feel with all our emotions mixed up, that is to say, without direction and without sense of life, therefore developing what we have called existential crisis, in many cases despite having achieved all our goals set up to that moment, and yet, we still feel empty and without satisfaction of life, it is then that we could ask ourselves, have we fulfilled our dreams or the dreams that society imposes on us? There are very successful people in any field of their lives, for example, financial, business, among others, and they still do not feel happy, and this is because they are not living their own dreams, maybe what makes them happy is the simple fact of making a trip on motorcycles for several days, or among other things that other people who are not commonly considered successful do on a daily basis, but are really happy, are in my opinion some causes that can lead to an existential crisis transition. We must always be clear that success must be synonymous with happiness or it is not success at all, when we see any person smiling at life without being famous or earning a lot of money then that person is successful in his happiness, of course, each of us reflect happiness in a different way because not all of us are happy with the same things, there are people who are happy when they are great entrepreneurs, for owning large fortunes, everyone should know what really fills them in life. When we separate our successes from our happiness we will generally not feel at ease with life even though we can have everything economically, the meaning of life is found when the things we do make us happy, otherwise we can suffer from constant emotional anxiety that blocks our mind, therefore, the solution to a possible existential crisis is to find ourselves and this will allow us to understand again that life will always make sense to us.
Until another opportunity my dear friends.
Image sources 1.-Source 2.-Source
