Sometimes we want to give beyond our installed capacity emotionally speaking, and this leads us to think that we have run out of resources even for ourselves, like everything in life this type of symptoms such as emotional fatigue manifests itself differently in people in many cases is related to the type of employment or work carried out. However, any type of employment at a certain moment can generate emotional fatigue due to overwork where logically a physical and mental tiredness is generated, one of the concerns of all of us is to know when we are presenting this type of symptoms, personally I detect it when I feel mentally exhausted because I feel that I have exceeded my capacity for tolerance to prolonged stress due to the performance of multiple daily activities. When I feel this type of emotional fatigue my tolerance to stress is almost null, due to physical fatigue and little energy to perform any other activity, this type of symptoms if we do not pay attention can bring us emotional imbalance until we can reach a state of depression, for this in my case I identify the cause in order to take some time off in the realization of such activity or lower the pace to it, there will always be time to solve any difficulty both family and work. <center></center> <center><a href="https://pixabay.com/es/photos/romper-relajarse-sentarse-mentir-4051005/">Source</a></center> Our first step is the identification of emotional fatigue and locate the possible causes that generate it and work on controlling them ourselves if possible as a first step, this can be done through self-reflection and if we feel that such symptoms continue to seek help from a professional in the field in order to avoid greater evils. We must always be attentive to our mental health since the good functioning of our behavior in all senses depends on it. Let us not allow emotional fatigue to overcome us at some point because if this happens we can fall into depression which is the cause of lack of motivation and even a lack of interest in life, we live a life at high revolutions and this leads us to be more aware of our emotional health because if we do not do it, who will, this from my point of view and I know that each of you have yours.
