 <p>When I read the article that @lishu wrote yesterday, I reviewed a part of the history of the last 20 years, and I felt the need to remember those times.<br>
 This is not the subject of this article, but human nature, IT, the Internet and the digital society.</p>
 <h2>Sloth, greed and egoism</h2>
 <p>I think these three moral traits considered to be eminently negative are actually part of the engines of human evolution.<br>
 And I think they are defining for mankind.<br>
 Last but not least, I can tell you that in fact they were unjustly demonized.<br>
 Let's take them one by one.</p>
 <h3>The sloth – main factor of human progress</h3>
 <p>Don't you believe me? Why the man rode a horse for the first time? Or why did he put the animals to work for him? Laziness!<br>
 He also chose not to walk around in search of the necessary resources for life and began to make agriculture.<br>
 Also he invented a bunch of machines to take over the heaviest and boring tasks.<br>
 I'm lazy. Very lazy. So lazy that I use my brain rather than my muscles. I prefer to think in detail about the action, to mentally optimize it, and only after that to accomplish them. And if I get started, I do things quickly, because I get bored easily. And how well I can, that I do not have to do it again.<br>
 </p>
 <h3>Greed - the origin of investment and capital</h3>
 <p>Greed is also a factor of progress. Why do you think that man invests intelligence, labor, money and time in creating new resources? To accumulate goods or money.<br>
 But would we have had finances without the desire to enrich man?<br>
 Or do you think that a field that currently generates high income would be a bit successful in their absence?</p>
 <h3>Egoism - the only way to do charitable things</h3>
 <p>Of the three moral traits, egoism is probably the most blamed. Wrongfully!<br>
 I admit. I'm selfish. At least until one point.<br>
 Yes! Because if I do not earn enough money, it will be tough for me, and then surely, I will not care whether you have what you need or not.<br>
 And if I do not have the resources to satisfy my basic needs, I certainly will not be able to do charitable work.<br>
 If, on the contrary, I have everything I need, I am quiet, and I have the clear mind, I can think of how to help you or those around me.<br>
 Is not that so? Just look at Bill Gates who founded the largest charity foundation in the world and you will agree with me.</p>
 <h2>"Everything that can be digital will be"</h2>
 <p>I had been in the computer field for a long time ago. I caught the beginnings of the Internet in Romania in 1995-1996 and I can say that I have lived all the changes brought by the new digital technologies.<br>
 The Internet has democratized and facilitated access to information. And the press, as I knew it, has almost disappeared.<br>
 By 1999 I saw the first digital camera. It had a resolution of one megapixel, and professional photographers at that time considered it a sort of unnecessary technical curiosity. Just that the Internet and technological evolution have led to the democratization of photography, and now there are many more professional photographers and infinitely more amateur photographers.<br>
 In the printing world, what else to say. Twenty years ago, barely the first color printers appeared and now almost anyone can use a color laser printer.<br>
 Closer to our day, after a few culinary shows in the United States and with the help of the Internet, there appeared a plethora of young chefs who really hit the position of the "gods of the kitchen" until yesterday's intangibles.<br>
 Consequently, I am convinced that the same thing will happen to all the areas touched by digital technology and, more recently, by the blockchain technology.</p>
 <h2>Sloth, greed, egoism and the blockchain technology - where can they lead?</h2>
 <p>Two things should be added, and we have the full picture of the future: decentralization and decentralized collaborative economy.<br>
 The democratization of access to capital and cutting-edge technology, blockchain technology, decentralized collaborative economy, and human nature (as shown above) will lead to a technological breakthrough with an unpredictable impact - a real "industrial revolution" of the 21st century.<br>
 In this context, SteemRomania can and must be one of the nuclei that will trigger a change in how we relate to the community, economy, resources and future.<br>
 It will not be easy to adapt to a model that no one has previously implemented. We will have to learn on the go and most likely there will be plenty of syncope.<br>
 We must learn to collaborate beyond the vainglory and atavistic instincts if we do not want to disappear swallowed by the coming changes.<br>
 And let's not forget that in any revolution there is a counterrevolution and the "blockchain revolution" will not be exempt from this.</p>

 <p>Citind articolul de ieri al lui @lishu am revăzut o parte din istoria ultimilor 20 și ceva de ani și am simțit nevoia să rememorez vremurile de atunci.<br>
 Dar nu despre asta voi vorbi în articolul de față ci despre natura umană și despre IT, internet și societatea digitală.</p>
 <h2>Lenea, lăcomia și egoismul</h2>
 <p>Cred că aceste trei trăsături morale considerate eminamente negative sunt de fapt o parte din motoarele evoluției.<br>
 Și mai cred că definesc omenirea în esența ei.<br>
 Nu în ultimul rând vă pot spune că de fapt au fost demonizate pe nedrept.<br>
 Haideți să le luăm pe rând.</p>
 <h3>Lenea – principalul factor de progres al omenirii</h3>
 <p>Nu mă credeți ? Oare de ce s-a urcat prima dată omul în spinarea calului ? Sau de ce a pus animalele să muncească în locul lui ? De lene !<br>
 Tot de lene a ales să nu mai cutreiere pământul în căutarea resurselor necesare traiului și a început să facă agricultură.<br>
 Și tot așa a inventat o grămadă de mașinării care să-i preia sarcinile cele mai grele și mai plictisitoare.<br>
 Eu sunt leneș. Foarte leneș. Atât de leneș încât îmi folosesc mai degrabă creierul decât mușchii. Prefer să gândesc în amănunt acțiunea, să o optimizez mental și abia după aceea să trec la realizare. Și dacă tot mă apuc, fac lucrurile repede, căci mă plictisesc ușor. Și cât pot de bine, ca nu cumva să trebuiască să le mai fac odată.</p>
 <h3>Lăcomia – originea investițiilor și a capitalului</h3>
 <p>Lăcomia este și ea un factor de progres.<br>
 Altfel de ce credeți că omul investește inteligență, muncă, bani și timp în crearea de noi resurse ? Pentru a acumula bunuri sau bani. <br>
 Dar oare am fi avut finanțe fără dorința de îmbogățire a omului ?<br>
 Sau credeți că un domeniu care actualmente produce venituri ridicate ar avea vre-un pic de succes în lipsa lor ?</p>
 <h3>Egoismul – singura modalitate de a face lucruri caritabile</h3>
 <p>Dintre cele trei trăsături, egoismul este probabil cel mai blamat. Pe nedrept.<br>
 Eu recunosc. Sunt egoist. Cel puțin până la un punct.<br>
 Da ! Pentru că dacă nu câștig destul, nu voi avea cu ce să-mi duc zilele și atunci sigur nu mă va interesa dacă tu ai sau nu ce-ți trebuie.<br>
 Și dacă eu nu am resursele necesare să-mi satisfac nevoile de bază în mod sigur nu voi putea face acțiuni caritabile.<br>
 Dacă dimpotrivă am tot ce-mi trebuie, sunt liniștit și am mintea limpede mă pot gândi cum să te ajut pe tine sau pe cei din jurul meu.<br>
 Oare nu este așa? E suficient să vă uitaţi la Bill Gates, care a fondat cea mai mare fundaţie de caritate din lume, și veți fi de acord cu mine.</p>
 <h2>"Tot ce poate fi digital, va fi"</h2>
 <p>Sunt în lumea calculatoarelor de multă vreme. Am prins începuturile Internetului în România în 1995-1996 și pot spune că am trăit toate schimbările provocate de noile tehnologii digitale.<br>
 Internetul a democratizat și facilitat accesul la informație. Iar presa așa cum o știam până atunci a cam dispărut.<br>
 Prin 1999 am văzut primul aparat de fotografiat digital. Avea o rezoluție de un megapixel iar fotografii profesioniști din acea vreme îl considerau un fel de ciudățenie tehnică inutilă. Doar că Internetul și evoluția tehnologică au dus democratizarea fotografiei iar acum sunt mult mai mulți fotografi profesioniști și infinit mai mulți fotografi amatori.<br>
 În lumea tiparului, ce să mai spun. Acum 20 de ani abia apăruseră primele imprimante color iar acum aproape oricine poate folosi o imprimantă laser color.<br>
 Mai aproape de zilele noastre, după câteva emisiuni culinare realizate în Statele Unite și cu ajutorul Internetului au apărut o pleiadă de tineri chefi care atentează cu real succes la poziția "zeilor bucătăriei" până mai ieri intangibili.<br>
 Pe cale de consecință sunt convins că se va întâmpla același lucru cu toate domeniile atinse de tehnologia digitală și mai nou de blockchain.</p>
 <h2>Lene, lăcomie, egoism și tehnologia blockchain – unde pot duce ?</h2>
 <p>Ar mai trebui adăugate două lucruri și vom avea imaginea completă a viitorului: descentralizare și economie colaborativă descentralizată.<br>
 Democratizarea accesului la capital și la tehnologii de vârf, tehnologia blockchain, economia colaborativă descentralizată și natura umană (așa cum arătam mai sus) vor duce la o revoluție tehnologică cu un impact imposibil de prevăzut – o adevărată "revoluție industrială" a secolului 21.<br>
 În acest context SteemRomânia poate și trebuie să fie unul din nucleele ce va declanșa schimbarea modului în care ne raportăm la comunitate, economie, resurse și viitor.<br>
 Nu va fi ușor să ne adaptăm la un model pe care nimeni nu l-a pus în aplicare anterior. Va trebui să învățăm din mers și cel mai probabil vor exista destule sincope.<br>
 Trebuie să învățăm să colaborăm dincolo de orgoliu și instincte atavice dacă nu vrem să dispărem înghiți de tăvălugul schimbărilor ce vor veni.<br>
 Și să nu uităm că în orice revoluție există o contrarevoluție iar "revoluția blockchain" nu va fi scutită de acest aspect. <br>
<h4>Misiune</h4>
