Have you ever taken a risk, started something or started a new adventure that you have no idea what you are doing but keep doing because you don’t want to give up and you want to see what happens at the end? Yeah, me too, that is what I am currently doing with crypto. So many opportunities have come in the past, while some of them currently exist, some of them have gone, some people that took part in some of the opportunities in the past are happy and grateful they did because it changed their lives forever.

For-instance the people that took advantage of shares and stock market during the early stages. Just like the village that bought a lot of Coca-Cola stock when no one believed in Coca-Cola. While reading that story, I wished my grandfather or great grandfather was opportune enough to have that opportunity. Then opportunities is a matter of luck unlike today that we use smartphones and can access the internet, almost every one is opportune equally. For instance, Hive doesn’t restrict any one no matter your gender, location, or race. 

While onboarding some of my friends on Hive, I gave him the impression that I will keep writing on Hive to grow my HP so that in the next 5 years, I will be proud of my Hive Power. He was shocked to hear me talk about Hive and having a 5 years plan, he was surprised to see me think of Hive from a long term point of view. Hive has existed for 5 years as steem though but as Hive it has existed for 2 years. Hive is decentralized blockchain platform with no CEO, no leader, no owner and no venture capitalists, so yeah, I am having a 10+ years plan with Hive. The beauty of the blockchain is how everyone wants to add value on the blockchain, either as a content creator, a content curator, a builder or a developer, but everyone wants to add value. 


The Hive blockchain is like a blank canvas that gives you opportunity to create your ideas and you don’t need permission from anyone to create whatever you want to create on Hive. This has given everyone the room to build, the only thing you need to do is build something valuable with utility that will attract people to it. I have thought of different ways to bring more value to Hive but for now, I haven’t found any. I started with the onboarding role but that is really exhausting, especially when people see Hive as a magical platform that gives you money every time you write an article. But that doesn’t mean I have completely given up on onboarding, I still onboard but not like before. 

# Adding Value With Content Creation
Content creation is one of the ways to add value to Hive, never knew how tasking content creating was till i decided to be a consistent content creator on Hive. Waking up everyday with new ideas of what to write on the blockchain is a lot, having a goal of posting 2 or more contents everyday is a bigger task. This is me trying to push myself to know my capabilities and how long I can go with this task. 


No matter how hard I try to have a rest day, I can’t help but go check some people’s blog like taskmaster, he has been on the blockchain way longer than me but still give out contents everyday, so he is my motivation to keep going. This is why I am currently creating more post and I will keep posting because I want to see what happens at the end.
