The gym has been a safe place for me to unwind after all the crypto stress, the hustle and bustle,and the uncertainty surrounding the space. One day you are good and happy with all your crypto decisions hoping for the best, the next day you are asking yourself, what am I doing wrong? I am always on my laptop or phone more than 12 hours a day looking for the next crypto alpha to do, sometimes it can get overwhelming and annoying. So going to the gym just takes my mind off the whole stress.

I have been going to the gym consistently for 4 years but unofficially for 5 years and the gym has helped me both physically and mentally. I’ll advise people to go to the gym, the gym has a way of making our body secret a happy hormone, this way we feel better about ourselves, when we go to the gym we also see other people and we interact with them, this way we forget whatever worries or problems we are facing or thinking. 


I have been working on my body to have a good better shape which I have achieved but I have to keep going to the gym to sustain it, because I have a fast metabolism which means that I burn energy faster, if I stopped going to the gym for one month, all my gym gains will disappear like I never went to the gym. Chest day is always my favorite day, after the chest day work out, I always feel good when I start feeling the chest pain, it just shows that it was a good day.
