The body must have immunity that can withstand various attacks of infectious and non-communicable diseases. If at this time we know several vaccines as protection from various kinds of viruses, but actually the body must also have a strong and excellent resistance so that it cannot fall ill. One of the things that people often do is exercise regularly. Some cases that occur in real life are when someone neglects to exercise, it can cause various types of diseases due to the influence of food intake, meaning that even though we have consumed nutritious food and drinks that are good for the body, it turns out that if we do not exercise, the fat in the body cannot be burned so that can affect other organs of the body so that disease can appear in the body.

Doing physical exercise can make the body strong and have resistance to disease. This is what gives the perception that the body must perform sports or move with force and action on one object.

Various kinds of sports that exist in the world require physical exercise so that endurance in playing for some time can be maintained. One of the sports that must have physical endurance is basketball, surely you know this sport even though in my area people are still less enthusiastic about playing basketball because of inadequate infrastructure but I really like this sport. This handball game is very famous in various countries. This game consisting of five people is indeed very interesting because it has to show its ability to enter the ball in a small basket. Although it feels difficult but creativity and playing techniques must be learned by players and teams.

When I visited my brother's house, it turned out that in front of his house he had made a basketball court. The court is not very big but very attractive with baskets and support boards.

The condition of the field in front of the house and beside the road does look quite simple but attractive because of the attractive color of the paint.

When in the afternoon many visitors come or when they walk their eyes look towards this basketball court which is the only one in my village. The surroundings are quite interesting because they are decorated with flowers in pots which add to the cheerful atmosphere.
