0.000 HBDYeah, I'm running on empty Francis... Thanks for scouting out the real estate in your area, you just never know what the cold will drive a person to do but I have to say that I am conditioned for cold and not heat. I have a lot of trouble physiologically with humidity (due to MS) so have to exercise extreme caution.
