Why hello there, steemit.

My name is Aaron, and I am typical Canadian in most ways. I wear a toque (a hat) when it's cold, top my veggie burger with relish (a condiment), and can mix a deadly Caesar (a cocktail). In many other ways, however, I am eh-typical when it comes to the Canadian stereotypes. Par example : Tim Hortons is my least favorite coffee, I only drink Molson beer when I visit my Mom, and I actually enjoy a bright, sunny day outdoors when it's -24 degrees (Celsius).

My passion (besides excellent craft beer, strong drip coffee, and being a loving and supportive partner) is sharing my Excel knowledge with anyone who is willing to listen, and helping others improve their Excel skills. This is why I would like to share short, easy-to-digest Excel tips with the steemit community that people can actually use.

Professionally, I'm an analyst working in Calgary and I specialize in data visualization and analytics using, you guessed it, Microsoft Excel. I've been working at it for over three years now, and have learned more than a few useful tricks that I would like share with other steemers (I think that’s right?). I am Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certified in both Word and Excel, and am currently training for the MOS 2016 Master exam.
