So this is a small trick i am willing to share.
So usually people will ask you to send payment to a paypal address.
What you do is put their email into this link

https://www.paypal.com/verified/pal=email@email.com

You will see something like this :

Now you know who to buy your stuff from. You can also check account creation date to know if its a new account attempting to scam / etc.
