Depression is not just a temporary change of mood or a sign of weakness. This is a serious medical problem with many emotional, physical and behavioral symptoms.

However, depression is nowadays a common illness for which there are many effective treatments. If you think you have depression, it is important that you consult your doctor as soon as possible.
