Rice farm plating in progress starts from this month onwards. Which they will prepared it by year end. In Thai the farmer plant at least 2 types of rice. Sticky rice and white rice as food culture here and most of the locals will have it as daily food products. So today I will share with you my visit to the rice field.

It come in the form of tie a bunch of it for easier transport. It depends on how many you wanted to plant.

Farmer will tie it in a bunch and let it sit/rest middle of the field for easy planting.

Is it easy? Well not for me I can ensure you. Whenever I see them planting it I feel my back hurts so much. Really needed strength and stamina for doing it. Not easy.

After hours of doing all. This is how it looks like. Let it rest and prepare for year end to come.

And during this season, there is another thing which is free. Shell will eat the rice. But we will eat them. Now let's head back for them.

Get it boiled and let cool down.

Now let's dig it out. Remove the back end as cannot be eaten.

I got it a whole bucket lol.

I mixed them up with papaya salad since is already cooked. Well chewy texture makes it nice to be chew too.
