Libraries serve as a great help to students in school and colleges so there is always the need to have libraries. A public library unlike a private one is a place, where anyone can walk into and select a book or books of his choice and borrow. It is usually a place, which has a large selection of books covering every subject. The plane, as a rule, run with the money of the public but some charitable institutions may also have their own public libraries. 

The most important quality of a public library is the almost of books that it has also preserved many books, man serve.The Public library is also placed where one learns etiquette and manners.Many different types of people may come to such libraries and they may be coming from diverse family backgrounds. Libraries are also meeting places where people of all categories meet and share their interests and hobbies.
