Half a Day far from the computer, the torture journal.
It's the end of winter, Only a couple of weeks more until a friendlier weather arrives and pheromones of several species start flooding the air forcing primal instincts of survival and procreation in all lifeforms.

So, the day was amazingly nice; sunny, a bit over 20º (C). And I said "there's barely anything online regarding the park; I'll go take some pictures to post them later, just for fun."

The adventure started, the torture of leaving the safety of indoors, and heading into the unknown... Under Helios firedarting steeds' heat.

We set our path, and start our journey.

<em>3 blocks away from home, you can already tell there's anything but high population density at my area</em>

<em>After 10 minutes of exhausting walking and pathfinding, we arrive to the entrance.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/3sgk9tp5f/Format_Factory_P1110294.jpg
<em>It is a pretty "humanized" area in there, where people later will arrive with their children and litter everything with empty cookie packagins and cigarrete butts.</em>

<em>We take one of several paths, that have been created by innumerable couples that were not willing to pay for a hotel room.</em>

<em>Necochea, is known in the country for its strong winds... Of course, it's not the wind! Those trees grow that way! REALLY! (not, it's the wind)</em>

<em>After crossing a small woods area, we find ourselves with a sneak peek of the beach; the road, is 5 meters below. The kid chickens out and is not willing to jump... We've to head back into the woods.</em>

<em>This is still an area with lots of human traffic, thus: wear and tear is visible if one looks in detail (lower branches are broken, just for the sake of pointless destruction, plastic bags... You don't imagine how much it costed me to take a "clean" picture there)</em>

<em>Some wildlife starts showing, here we can appreciate an aboriginal protohuman, trying to build a temporary shelter.</em>

<em>Now, this is more of my liking; untouched nature. From here on, the human footprint is rare, since many are just afraid of going deep into nature.</em>

<em>Pines, a nice place to locate a horror movie if you come around during the night.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/umlpsfamr/Format_Factory_P1110303.jpg
<em>Pines.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/hwhhfc2oj/Format_Factory_P1110305.jpg
<em>And MORE pines!</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/5j4n8fd03/Format_Factory_P1110306.jpg
<em>In this woods: Whenever you see creepers climbing up trees, you can guess that a large vegetation change comes.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/l5vwlsqs3/Format_Factory_P1110307.jpg
<em>I told you: It is not the wind, they grow like that!</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/f685i55zn/Format_Factory_P1110308.jpg
<em>Don't ask me how, but in the middle of the woods a date palm (Phoenix dactylifera) is growing. Too bad the temperatures here wont allow it to give good fruits.</em>

<em>IT IS NOT THE WIND, THEY GROW LIKE THAT!</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/49bf748lv/Format_Factory_P1110310.jpg
<em>See? It's green!</em>

<em>Pines.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/ngyk3pqxf/Format_Factory_P1110312.jpg
<em>There's always a classic jerk, that tryes to emulate Bear Grylls (not in skill, but in lack of it). Someone started a fire over pine needles (very smart kid). </em>

<em>The burned patch is about 8 by 10 meters.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/6izjhvhjn/Format_Factory_P1110314.jpg
<em>The only compromised tree, given that it's too close to the ground, It'll probably rot.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/fs1przqfn/Format_Factory_P1110315.jpg
<em>Apparently, someone came after the mentally retarded kid with a lighter displayed his stupidity, and carved a ditch to at least contain the fire.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/gvlu3yb2r/Format_Factory_P1110316.jpg
<em>Can you notice the change in the vegetation as we move downhill? We're getting close to water.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/aj6ou480j/Format_Factory_P1110318.jpg
<em>200 meters ahead and... Voilá! water, it is not fresh, and there were a couple of birds bathing in it... But it's not contaminated.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/mmc0hoj2r/Format_Factory_P1110319.jpg
<em>At least, it's good enough that some reeds grow in it. I "could" tap water out of that.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/ei3wcxwnn/Format_Factory_P1110320.jpg
<em>"Please, kill me!"</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/z3n9il3mb/Format_Factory_P1110321.jpg
<em>Walking a bit more, at another humid patch of land, I see a weird thing in the ground.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/4nhckgi37/Format_Factory_P1110322.jpg
<em>Obviously, some sort of fungii that eclodes into very cool looking spores, softer than cotton.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/5r1gwf2qb/Format_Factory_P1110323.jpg
<em>"Don't touch that Renzo! It could be poisonous!"</em>
<em>I talked to my mother in law and survived, believe me, there's nothing more toxic than her.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/aqyx4d8cz/Format_Factory_P1110324.jpg
<em>We head south, for a couple of hundred of meters, until we find ourselves at the beach. Now, a non-paved area of the city.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/c7afmib9v/Format_Factory_P1110326.jpg
<em>Of course, not-paved means, a better place. So: everyone comes here. LOL</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/y7qs34txv/Format_Factory_P1110328.jpg
<em>Fishing ship.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/upes6qt1v/Format_Factory_P1110331.jpg
<em>Seagull in flight (sorry, that was max zoom... Be thankful It was focused!).</em>

<em>Group of chicks posing for a picture... So I took one.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/sneashv2r/Format_Factory_P1110334.jpg
<em>After they found out I was stalking them, they fled in fear (Yes, I am THAT ugly).</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/q7chend03/Format_Factory_P1110335.jpg
<em>In our way back we crossed an area where, literally, no one goes into. And found this.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/yr0gq5aqb/Format_Factory_P1110336.jpg
<em>Looks like it used to be a public bathroom. Vandalized, ofc.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/u6eab7r0z/Format_Factory_P1110337.jpg
<em>Yet, now it's almost covered by a natural patch.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/dwo48bgcz/Format_Factory_P1110338.jpg
<em>We took the "civilized" path in our way back.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/mg7i62opf/Format_Factory_P1110339.jpg
<em>But still, it is too far from the urban areas, not a soul to be seen.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/wesgsjy4z/Format_Factory_P1110340.jpg
<em>The traffic is so low, that spider webs cover most of the grass.</em>

https://s11.postimg.org/wg2elyzyr/Format_Factory_P1110342.jpg
<em>Already back in the town, a grocery store pet said "Goodbye" to us... We took a cab back home</em>

I need a shower, I am pestered by nature's stench.
