It is filled with all kinds of helpful tips and links. ## Prompt: quit + Set your timer for 5 minutes + Start writing + Use the hashtag #freewrite and #freewritepoetry if it turns out to be poetry + Publish your piece (include a link to this post if you wish)  Quitting is not a popular thing. We are often encouraged to __never, never, never__ quit. Whenever we do quit we feel as if we failed. It leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. And in our hearts, we are desperately considering how to avoid doing it again. When a coach motivates a team, it is one of the things that is often emphasised. We do not quit. We never quit. After the game, even if the team lost, the coach will often say, We lost, but at least we did not give up. We did not quit! But there are times that we __should__ quit. It would be better if the guy in the picture quit immediately. It would be better if you quit smoking. Or overeating. Or... There are times you should quit.
