Weekly running update First Week o' March 2020
Three runs this week,

The first one after work in Plymouth, man I found that HARD WORK! Then my Park Run Surrogate, as it was not on this week, then what's now my standard winter 10K around Hereford lanes.

I track most of my runs with Garmin, which auto uploads to [Strava](https://www.strava.com/athletes/16192045).

## Weekly running summary:
- Total kilometers this week: 20
- No. of runs: 3

### Tuesday's Run - Interesting intervals on Plymouth Hoe.

Urggh that was hard work, after work. This was supposed to be interval training, which interspersed hills with flat intervals - it's hilly around the Hoe in Plymouth, but dead flat on the top.

You can't really tell from the first half, but I had two hills which formed the first two intervals, then two flat 400s, then some more hills, then one final blast at the end, I was knackered by that point! Cut it short by 200 meters.

My groin was on the edge after, but no major injuries.

### Saturday's Run: Surrogate Park Run!

No Park Run today because of horse racing.

I had planned to drive up to Ludlow to do that Park Run, but I bailed, honestly because of the thought of sitting in traffic when I got back to Hereford at about 10.15, which would have been the same traffic I see when I walk back after the Hereford Park Run, only worse, because it would have been slightly later.

Instead I did my local route around the river, now no longer flooded, almost dead flat. Quite pleased with my pace I must say, actually might have been a Park Run PB because this was 100 meters further.

### Sunday's Run: Hereford Lanes 10K

Now officially my local 10K route - lovely lanes, undulating! Quite please with this - somehow I ended up drinking 7 pints of beer the night before and managed to get out at 10.00 a.m. to burn through some of those calories.

Actually felt OK despite the dirty fuel. I did take it easy though.

### Next week's plans

Rinse and repeat except with an actual Park Run!

Might see if the legs are up to 4 runs..... problem is I know that's pushing it~!
