Weeklyish Running Update - Slow and Ill!
I've been ill this last week (blurghh) so I just managed to struggle out for three runs in the last 10 days...

My alst run prior to this was LAST Friday, and that was the final run in a good running streak, 5 runs in 7 days methinks.

But then I headed back to Hereford and did some house painting and aching, couldn't really run, drove back London Monday, by which point I was ill and then was too far under Tuesday, but I did struggle out on Weds and then again Friday, despite still feeling very and a little grim on those two days respectively.

This is the least running I think I've done for the entirety of 2025!

### Wednesday 4K...

This is where I was pretty ill, on parecetamol, and not feeling too great.... it shows - a 5.48 pace and 155 BPM.

I had set out thinking I may push for 6, but but by 3K I realised I had little to gain, 4K is enough when you're ill to keep things ticking over!

### Friday 6K....

I was feeling a little better, still not quite there, but it shows in the stats...

5.26 pace and 159BPM - mUCH faster and only a slight increase in HR...

### Monday 6K....

I was pretty much OK by now, just a little tired from illness, work, having to catch up!

a 5.22 pace at 161 BPM - NB this felt easy...

### Moving on....

I need to get back into my slow HR runs, NB the reason partly for doing the above relatively fast was the damned weather, I wasn't in the mood for going slow when it's grotty!
