I would like to share this menu, Humba with banana twist. <center><center/> And here is the list of the main ingredients: 1kilo Pork billy 1/2 kilo banana saba <center><center/> <center><center/> The spices and seasonings: Onion Garlic Paminta leaves Spring onion Taoshi or black beans Pepper (smiling mahaba) Vinegar Sugar Water Soysauce Magic sarap Here is the photo below : <center> How to prepare, here the steps below. Step 1. Fry the meat or the pork billy, add 1/4 kilo of cooking oil. Allow them until it turn into golden brown, cook in low fire. <center><center/> While your frying the pork, so its time to prepare the other ingredients such as spices or other seasonings. <center><center/> <center><center/> <center><center/> After a few minutes the meat is turning into golden brown color, remove from the frying pan, then allow to cool in a few minutes. <center><center/> Step 2. Combined all the ingredients, into cooking utensil or in the pots. <center><center/> Add: 2 glass of water 2 spoon of vinegar 1/2 cup of sugar 3 spoon of soysauce 1small sachet of taoshi or blackbeans 1sachet of magic Sarah, small Mixed well then add the fried meat, banana sliced, and all the spices See the pictures below: <center><center/> <center><center/> <center><center/> Step 3. Ready for final cooking, Put the pot into the cooking stove, allow them until it cooked for 30 to 45 minutes. In to high flames.
