You don't like your job. You think your boss is a terrible person. So do you really hate your job or is it something else? In this video, I talked about that.

Maybe you like the task you do at the office. But you do not like the work environment. Your boss gives you too much pressure and you have to work in a very stressful situation. Although you like what you do, you cannot accept what's going on. Or, you do not see future prospects in that company. You cannot go to the top management. In that case, you can do the same job in another company. 

You do not get an increment. Even though your salary is the same as you got last year, you get less. Due to inflation, the purchasing power decreases. You can talk to your boss or upper management about this. Otherwise, you need to look for a job.
