 <p>Self defense is not like pressing some buttons and it's done. You should do exercise and get fit. Physical fitness is important.&nbsp;</p><p>When you go to learn martial arts, your instructor will not teach you martial arts unless you are ready for it. You need to prepare your body. That's why, you learn some basic exercises at the beginning of your martial arts training.</p><p>Let's talk about how to defend yourself if the attacker grabs you with his both hands just like you see in the above thumbnail picture. What shows in the video, you can do that, but I would not recommend that.</p><p>When you pull your hands, you know for sure that this is not the way to release your hand. Then you get in fast and attack. &nbsp;if you want to attack the attacker, you can do there over there. No need to do that drama, I think.</p><p>That's my opinion. You can have a different opinion. And I respect that. So what can you do to defend yourself in this situation?</p><p>You can simply grab your hand that the attackers hold, and pull it up towards you. Grabbing your own hand when you pull, &nbsp;you have more strength. Now you can strike to the attacker if you like. Or, you can get out of there.</p><p>Thank you so much for reading this.
