<center>Being a teacher I believe in my opinion that it is the most wonderful thing that we can find in the professions of the world, in my favorite readings about literature I always liked the opinion of a retired teacher who said: _ being a teacher is the most beautiful profession in the world. Who tried it knows ! My current situation is retired, but retired is an adjective because the noun is a teacher and I will never stop being one and that is precisely what a teacher from the heart thinks, it can only be understood by those who truly teach with the soul.

It is for this reason that as a reflection I want to analyze the decalogue of a great teacher named: Lucila Godoy, better known as the charming Gabriela Mistral who also promoted pedagogical thinking and a way of acting focused on the development and protection of all children for all time.
**Do you know that in addition to the great passion that this woman felt for teaching, she also wanted to sow it in all teachers**?
  
Gabriela mistral combined her love for teaching, teaching and writing to make this beautiful decalogue of a true teacher, because she knew that the fundamental stone, the precise and determined objective of every teacher should be the passion for teaching and collects all her teaching passion. in the following thoughts which I want to analyze as a point of reflection for all those who exercise the most beautiful profession in the world

**1.- AMA. If you can not love to much, do not teach to children**.

 Here is my first reflection to **love**  is to feel love for someone or something and the first thing to love is what you do in this case if you are a teacher you must love your profession and love your neighbor  it would be useless to be a teacher and not love because You would have nothing to teach children.   **Do you know what child means in education**? means sweetness heart formation without ruptures the most noble sensitive full of dreams and the most precious thing that can exist in humanity


**2.- Simplify. Namely to simplify without removing essence**

To simplify is to make something simpler or easier and teachers must look for alternative strategies so that our students can acquire their learning in the best way without having to remove their essence, because really a teacher that does not simplify is not a teacher and the essence of the students. They are a fundamental part of its characteristics which we must handle in the best possible way.

The essence can be defined as the set of characteristics that describe a being or a thing for what it is. This means that the essence is all those invariable and permanent attributes that define a thing or person.


**3.- Insist. Repeat how nature repeats the species until it reaches perfection**.

Although we are not perfect      are stubborn when we are passionate about what we guide and do not rest until we find the appropriate strategies to achieve it and achieve the objectives that obviously is to promote the strengths of our students. That is why we must never weaken when we do not achieve what we want at the moment we have to insist until we achieve them.

**4.- Teach, With the intention of beauty, because beauty is mother**.

Communicating knowledge, ideas, experiences, skills or habits to a person who does not have them seems impossible when we do not have the slightest idea of what it means to teach beautifully
Obviously teaching is complex but doing it with love with beauty as a mother would do is the most beautiful thing about being a teacher.


**5.- Liven up your class. Each lesson has to be alive like a living being**.

Let us remember that we teachers are constructivist, our role is to be a modeler, coordinator, facilitator, mediator and participant, we have to know the interests of the student and their needs and make each class a living action of what our students really need in the process teaching learning, allows each activity carried out in the classroom to be like living species of their own characteristics where they feel that they are committed to changing the world because of that passion that we overflow in our classrooms.
