**After more than a year writing regularly within Hive, I would like to share with you guys a series of random thoughts regarding my general experience on this platform, not so much as an organized list of these thoughts, but rather as a kind of essay in which, if they give it a chance, those new users who take the time to read me may find a couple of useful ideas.**

I know this is not the first time someone has written something like this, in fact, I would admit that many have approached this same topic in a superior way... but I feel that my perspective will provide some interesting contributions to a conversation that we can always you feed a little bit more.

The concept of Hive is not exactly easy to internalize, although we are familiar with the idea of ​​producing content and receiving recognition for it (In essential terms we do the same in any other social network), the way in which the system of this platform operates by   using  cryptocurrencies takes everything to another level, creating a scenario that might sound utopian at first but ends up working surprisingly well.

There are no laws that ensure success, this is quite obvious, but it is clear that there are certain behaviors that are usually better seen by the platform... although don't worry, these parameters are not as restricted as one might think.

On a personal level, I have always thought that the key to success in hive lies in our ability to enjoy the platform, be part of the communities that attract us and, without giving it too much thought in our heads, letting the rewards come to us in a organic.

The idea of ​​creating material of value is not something exclusive to this place, but the direct relationship between this activity and monetary rewards automatically alters how we perceive our actions... For many it is easy to lose focus, build with delicacy Surgical only what will generate votes of value and leave behind the stimulating relationship that we should have not only with what we write but with what others write.

Are you starting here? Look for places that handle topics you like, connect with people whose content appeals to you and make it clear when you agree with them or not, using respect up front but being able to maintain your own judgment through each comment.

Every day I see users who arrive and users who leave, most of them without spending more than a couple of days on the platform... many are attracted by the idea of ​​generating income by posting what they want, but at the same time they fail when it is about giving value to their own creations.

Hive gave me an opportunity to develop one of the things that I enjoy the most in life: Talking about movies, series and video games... and although I don't always receive the results I would expect, I try to absorb all my triumphs and defeats as signs that What am I doing right and what am I doing wrong?

**Of course, it is important to follow the guidelines of each community, we must be careful of spelling errors, avoid plagiarism and stay away from Spam, but most of the problems that we could have with our experience, in my opinion, paradoxically have to do with our own attitude... and there is always time to correct.**

**Luego de más de un año escribiendo de forma regular dentro de Hive, me gustaría compartir con ustedes una serie de pensamientos random respecto a mi experiencia general en esta plataforma, no tanto como una lista organizada de estos pensamientos, sino más bien como una especie de ensayo en el cual, si le dan una oportunidad, aquellos nuevos usuarios que se tomen el tiempo de leerme podrán encontrar un par de ideas útiles.** 

Sé que esta no es la primera vez que alguien redacta algo de este estilo, de hecho, me atrevería a admitir que muchos han abordado este mismo tema de forma superior... pero siento que mi perspectiva brindará algunos aportes interesantes a una conversación que siempre se puede nutrir un poco más. 

El concepto de Hive no es precisamente fácil de internalizar, aunque estamos familiarizados con la idea de producir contenido y recibir reconocimiento por ello (En términos esenciales hacemos lo mismo en cualquier red social), la forma en la que el sistema de este plataforma opera haciendo uso de las criptomonedas eleva todo a otro nivel, creando un escenario que podría sonar utópico de buenas a primeras pero que termina funcionando sorprendentemente bien. 

No existen leyes que aseguren el éxito, esto es bastante obvio, pero es evidente que hay ciertas conductas que suelen ser mejor vistas por la plataforma... aunque no se preocupen, estos parámetros no son tan restringidos como uno pudiese pensar. 

A nivel personal siempre he pensado que la clave del éxito en hive está en nuestra capacidad para disfrutar de la plataforma, formar parte de las comunidades que nos atraen y, sin darle muchas vueltas en nuestras cabezas, dejando que las recompensas lleguen a nosotros de forma orgánica. 

La idea de crear material de valor no es algo exclusivo de este lugar, pero la relación tan directa que está entre esta actividad y las recompensas monetarias altera automáticante el como percibimos nuestras acciones... Para muchos es fácil perder el enfoque, construir con delicadeza quirúrgica solo aquello que generará votos de valor y dejar atrás la relación estimulante que deberíamos tener no solo con lo que redactamos nosotros sino con aquello que redactan los demás. 

¿Estás empezando aquí? Busca lugares que manejen temas que te gustan, conecta con gente cuyo contenido te atraiga y deja claro cuando estás de acuerdo con ellos o no, usando el respeto por delante pero siendo capaz de mantener tu propio criterio a través de cada comentario. 

Todos los días veo usuarios que llegan y usuarios que se van, la mayoría sin pasar más que un par de días en la plataforma... muchos se sienten atraídos por la idea de generar ingresos posteando lo que quieres, pero al mismo tiempo fracasan cuando se trata de darle valor a  sus propias creaciones. 

Hive me dió una oportunidad para desarrollar una de las cosas que más disfruto en la vida: Hablar sobre cine, series y videojuegos... y aunque no siempre recibo los resultados que esperaría, trato de absorber todos mis triunfos y derrotas como señales de que estoy haciendo bien y que estoy haciendo mal.

**Por supuesto, es importante seguir los lineamientos de cada comunidad, hay que cuidarse de los errores ortográficos, evadir el plagio y alejarnos del Spam, pero la mayoría de los problemas que podríamos tener con nuestra experiencia, en mi opinión, paradójicamente tienen que ver con nuestra propia actitud... y siempre hay tiempo para corregir.**
