Steemit Fitness Challenge - Weigh-in and Workout at 4x Speed

## Today is the official start of @illestbambi's #GetInShapeChallenge. Below is my weigh-in and workout for today. I weighed in at 189.8

# Progress Report
Even though @illestbambi's contest officially starts today, I started my workouts 5 days ago so I am continuing my progress from then.
# Day 4 Jogging w/ pull-ups in the park vs Day 2
Exercises| Reps Day 2| Reps Day 4

Even, though I didn't make any increases in distance jogged or number of pull-ups, I felt like I did make some progress that will be reflected in future reports.

Hill jogs| 3| 2

I added a second set of reps to my circuit and I will soon move to 3 sets. By adding a second set I doubled the length of the circuit workout, adding to my cardio, and added reps in every category except for the hill jogs compared to my [last report.](https://steemit.com/health/@richardcrill/diet-and-exercise-steemit-fitness-challenge-day-3) I only did two today.

**Note - On Day 3 I had a long break between my hill jogs and circuit workout. Today(Day 5) I did them back to back.**
