Being A Man Is Not Enough
If he gave you an opportunity to ask a question, what would it be? Would you love to know what he sees in you, or what he sees under you? A man may possess a plethora of qualities which validate his being. But it’s up to you to determine which of them makes him the man.
A man can be naughty and unconsciously sink into his teenage days of total oblivion. At a point, he may forget he is a man, and can barely acknowledge that boys have moved to become men.
A man is soft. Yes, very soft. But wears an alter ego which makes him tough. When in love, his emotions can push him to tears just by the scratch of his heart. He mumbles in abject silence over his inability to be loved unconditionally. His thought is stemmed in the fact that paper makes the man, and spends a great deal of time chasing paper to pay for love.
A man is childish. Takes solace in the bosom of his woman and creates the mess which gets totally wiped off. She knows his flaws and is ever ready to keep him clean. He never sees the need to listen to her, ‘cause he is who he is. Just like a stubborn child, he keeps playing with flames till he sees his fingers charred.
A man is silly. He teaches his little boy to be like him, and less of mummy. “Be a man and leave the soft things for the girls, but look out for them. You love blue, they love pink”, he says.
Above all, a man can be anything. But the man is one who has the means to be what he means to be – Many Achieve Nothing.
