Bird of the Halmahera
The bird, nicknamed The Genit from North Maluku, is a Maluku endemic animal, and still belongs to the paradise family. The bird named Latin Semioptera wallacii has beautiful fur with a combination of brown, green and olive color for female birds.

The height is about 28 cm, but the female Bidadari Bird is smaller and the tail is longer. In addition to the beautiful feathers, the excess Birds Bidadari is on the ability to perform dance moves graceful, which is actually done by male birds to attract females. The female Bidadari will choose one of the most beautiful studs of dance and wingspan.

This increasingly endangered Maluku endemic bird can be found on Halmahera Island and Bacan Island in North Maluku. The original habitat is in Tanah Putih forests, Gamkonora mountains and Domato forests in West Halmahera, Labi-labi forests in the area of ​​Aketajawe National Park and Lolobata forest in East Halmahera. The Western world knows him with the nickname of Halmahera's Bird of Paradise.
