I recently went to a supermarket outside my town and had the opportunity to buy several things that I normally can't. I got a lot of vegetables and fruits. I got a lot of vegetables and fruits. There was a lot of variety of vegetables, fruits, meats, dairy, cereals, among others.

As my weakness is vegetables, the first thing I did was to buy things like chard and parsley, because I have a hard time getting them in the local markets. The first dish I prepared with chard was an egg scramble for my breakfast.

Chard is a very nutritious vegetable, it is said to be even more nutritious than spinach. It has diuretic properties and provides our body with iron, potassium, folic acid, and many others.

Bienvenidos a mi blog.

Hace poco fui a un supermercado fuera de mi ciudad y tuve la oportunidad de comprar varias cosas que normalmente no puedo. Conseguí un montón de verduras y frutas. Conseguí un montón de verduras y frutas. Había mucha variedad de verduras, frutas, carnes, lácteos, cereales, entre otros.

Como mi debilidad son las verduras, lo primero que hice fue comprar cosas como acelgas y perejil, porque me cuesta mucho conseguirlas en los mercados locales. El primer plato que preparé con acelgas fue un revuelto de huevos para mi desayuno.

La acelga es una verdura muy nutritiva, se dice que es incluso más nutritiva que las espinacas. Tiene propiedades diuréticas y aporta a nuestro organismo hierro, potasio, ácido fólico y muchos otros.
