The incident took place at 9:00 pm on Saturday at the Daltin Clinic and Diagnostic Center adjacent to Satani Ghar on Sherpur Road.

The son of Abdul Aziz Liton of Fuldighi Purbapara of Sakib Hasan city and the sixth grade student of Fayzullah High School in the city.

Sadar Police Station Inspector (OC-Investigation) Kamruzzaman said the police sent the body to the Bogra Shahid Ziaur Rahman Medical College (Shajimak) hospital for autopsy. However, no written complaint was received by the family. If the complaint is received, legal action will be taken against those responsible for the investigation.

The father of the deceased Abdul Aziz Liton said that his son Shakib Hasan was suffering from stomach ache. Appendicitis is detected in his stomach after the inspection. Later on Wednesday afternoon, on the advice of a neighbor, he admitted the boy to the clinic for surgery. Accordingly, the boy was taken to the Operation Theater at the clinic around 8pm.

Dr. A.K. Pala did the boy's operation. The boy was evacuated from Operation Theater at 8:40 pm. Then the body seems to be frozen. After some time, he took the boy to another clinic located in the city's Kanchagari area. After taking the duty doctor declared his son dead. From there, the boy again returned to the Dolphin Clinic and Diagnostic Center.

Abdul Aziz Liton and mother Panna Akhter complained that their son died due to the doctor's mistake. They want justice to the son's murder. They will also sued the relatives of the incident, he said.

Meanwhile, since the incident, the clinic owner John Mandal and officials were absconding because of their statements. Alongside the different doctors contacted by the accused. A.K. Pala's speech was not possible.
