The term has been well explained by a  senior orthopaedic surgeon  Dr. Govinda KC who has been in hunger strike since 25 days for 14th time for the welfare of medical society with some legtimate  reforms. 
A hot pressure from all the side is  given to Nepalese  PM KP Oli to fullfill the reforms and demands .The health condition of Dr Govinda KC  is said to be critical. Doctors attending him said he needs to be transferred to the coronary care unit (CCU) if his health deteriorates further and continue the strike. Several times he has been in hunger strike but due to instable government , his demands are not being fullfilled.

Thousands of medical students and  civilians are standing for the support of Dr KC  but KP Oli still urges to fullfill the demand. Some of the demand of the kc are free medical education, more governmental institution outside the valley ETC.
He has been termed as "The Medicine Man".
