Hi guys! โบ am back with a yummy recipe today for you guys. A client ordered the cake and was totally happy and pleased with it. Though was done in a hurry , it still turned out beautiful. so for today's recipe we would be needing:  INGRIDIENTS: 1. 3 cups of flour. 2. 250 grams of butter. 3. 2 cups of sugar. 4. A cup of milk. 5. 1 cup cocoa powder. 6. 2 tea spoon vanilla. 7. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 8. 1 juiced lime. 9. Powdered milk flavour. 10. pinch of salt. 11. 4 eggs. FOR THE FROSTING: 1. 100gram butter. 2. 500gram icing sugar. 3. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 4. 3 teaspoons powdered milk. 5.4 tablespoons coco powder. THE CHOCOLATE GNASH: 1. 2 tablespoons coco powder. 2. 3 spoons sugar. 3. Vanilla extract DECORATION. 1. 5 sachets of stick shaped biscuits. 2. 2 sachets round chocolate cookies. 3. Red ribbon ๐. PROCEDURE; Step1. Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Separate your egg whites ,beat egg whites till foamy and have soft peaks. Add in egg yolks in the creamed butter, add in your milk, and your vanilla. Mix all dried ingredients together properly. Add dried ingredients into the creamed mix, fold in till all dried ingredients disappear, then add egg whites which should be very foamy , fold in properly. Preheat oven / pot for 10minuts. Grease and flour pan properly, then add your mix in. Bake for 45 minute on mid high heat. Do the toothpick test and if it comes out clean your good. step2: Allow cake to cool down ๐. While cooling prepare your frosting. In a large bowl beat your butter and vanilla essence and milk, sift in your icing sugar and keep mixing add your cocoa powder and mix till soft peaks appear. Step3. Once the cake is cool(for about an hour or more). Ice the cake and put it in the fridge to chill. While chilling, make your chocolate gnash. Step4. Put in dried ingredients together and mix, add vanilla and 8 table spoons of water, microwave for 30sec and mix, put it back in for another 20 seconds and mix,put in for 10 secs on mid high and you should have a runny consistency. Allow to cool down be for using. step5. Decorate with cookies and stick biscuits, then put a ribbon around.
