CURRIES-1: MUSHROOM CURRY

How are you??

Its the universal problem that vegetarians wont get enough protiens and to solve that problem “Mushrooms” are the best.

Today i will tell you how to cook **MUSHROOM CURRY**.

Lets get into the job......

## INGREDIENTS
1) 4 tsp oil
2) ½ tsp mustard
3) ½ tsp cumin / jeera
4) few curry leaves
5) 3 clove garlic sliced
6) 1 green chilli slit
7) 1 onion finely chopped
8) 1 tsp ginger paste
9) 1 tomato chopped
10) 500 grams mushroom slice
11) ½ tsp salt
12) ½ tsp turmeric
13) ¼ tsp kashmiri chilli powder
14) ¼ tsp garam masala
15) ½ tsp pepper crushed
16) 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
17) 1 tbsp lemon juice

## INSTRUCTIONS

1) firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and add ½ tsp mustard, ½ tsp cumin, few curry leaves.
2) also, add 3 clove garlic and 1 green chilli. saute and splutter.
3) further add 1 onion, 1 tsp ginger paste and saute well.
4) additionally, add 1 tomato and saute till tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
5) furthermore, add 500 grams of sliced mushroom and ½ tsp salt.
6) saute for 2 minutes and cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
7) now add ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp garam masala and ½ tsp pepper.
8) saute for a minute till masala gets cooked well.
9) now add 2 tbsp coriander leaves and 1 tbsp lemon juice. mix well.
10 finally, serve mushroom ki sabji recipe with roti / chapati.

## TIME
Preparation time: 5 min.
Cooking time: 15 min.
Total time : 20 min.
