**Who am I?** A 29 years old "girl" ( still feel like a girl) named Martina who is curious about everything and never gives up on difficulties. Later on I will tell you a bit more about my homeland. I work as a Social Media Manager and I honestly admit that I am in love with my job. Does not consider myself a workaholic but I am really passioned about all my projects that I am running and sometimes I work till late at night. Social media is a real game changer in marketing because it drives you measurable results and a very close interaction with fans and followers. But let's stop talking about work. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, reading books, enrolling for different online courses and going out with friends from time to time. More or less I can define myself as a stay-at-home person. Cuddling with my husband and my dog all weekend long is my favorite in the spare time list. Here I need to mention that years later I still feel so much in love with my husband and my love get's stronger each and every day. So with the dog. ๐  **Why am I here and what am I going to write about?** Recently I started to happen on many articles about cryptocurrencies and hear a lot about them from my friends. Yep, it's a real revolution and grows ะฐt a fast pace. That's how I got to Steemit and I decided to give it a try since it's a social media which perfectly meets my work skills and competences. The way Steemit works looks very interesting and I would really like to explore it in details. Anyway I am planning to write posts about everything that has left deep impression on me including topics concerning both my online and offline life. ๐ **Where am I from? And last but not least let me introduce you to my homeland.** Bulgaria is a small but very beautiful country which lays in southern Europe. The country has ancient history starting with the First Bulgarian Empire in 681 AD. Those days Bulgaria used to dominate most of the Balkans and functionate as a cultural hub for Slavs during the Middle Ages. Centuries later with the downfall of the Bulgarian Empire, its territories came under Ottoman rule for nearly five hundred years. Resulting a war Bulgaria got it's independency and nowadays it's a democratic republic. Not so strong and big but with a great history and culture still being alive in the lands all over the country. The most that fascinates me about my homeland is the nature - green mountains getting snowy in the winter and a beautiful sea side just a few hours drive. *Bulgarian mountains in summer*  *Bulgarian sea side*  **Curious fact about Bulgaria** A curious fact you may have came across with or you may not know at all is that Bulgaria is very proud to have the first song to sound in the space in 1977 as a message from the Earth. It's a brilliant interpretation by a famous Bulgarian folk singer accompanied by bagpipes. Not only because it's a Bulgarian song but I really think it has some magical vibes touching your senses.
