Hello Steemians.. As you can see by checking out my blog that I'm not so popular. I am one of those people with very high ambitions and very little skills. I'm sure there are many people just like me, having no artistic sense and not endowed with creative or Imaginative minds. Further, we've been dumbed down even more by the use of other social platforms where we've spent most of our lives achieving practically nothing. So there are these obvious questions that need to be answered. What should we do? How should we approach steemit? The best way to progress is to develop connections by commenting on others posts. That does not mean spamming. Only comment if you think you are contributing something. If someone has taken his/her time to write an article , try to read and understand it before commenting anything. Don't comment 'good post', 'follow me' etc. Nobody likes that and that is not the steemit way. And finally, you also need to be consistent with your posts (I'm struggling to write posts consistently also) It doesn't have to be breathtaking and it won't be in the beginning. Just post things you're passionate about. You want people to follow you, so you need to give them something to follow. And the most important thing, do not expect anything in return. You'll only be disappointed. Do it for yourself. Keep going and you'll work out a way for yourself.
