The following are some of the reasons why we should worship God intensely;
  PSALM 103:1-3
1) Forgiveness; Psalm 103:3
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thine diseases.

2) His benefits - not your entitlements;         psalm 103:2
Bless the lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits.

3) His healing - All forms of sicknesses;
Psalm 103:3

4) Redemption of life from destruction;
Psalm 103:4
Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies.

5) Crowning us with loving kindness;
Psalm 103:4

6) Satisfying our mouths with good food and drinks. 
Psalm 103:5
Who satisfieth thy mouth with good things; so that thy youth is renewed like the eagle's.

7) Renewing our days with strength;
