Blockchain technology truly has to be one of the greatest things happening in our world at the moment.  I owe a lot of my knowledge of it to two former co-workers of mine who very much knew how to look outside the box that is what society considers normal.  We were working at a financial firm so we had plenty of people we worked with that knew plenty when it came to investing and wealth.  It truly was incredible though how little they cared at the time for the potential of blockchain technology and crypto currency.  They were just being horribly naïve.  Being into blockchain technology led me to come across steemit which also offers something else I was looking for -- a community where I could post about other items of interest to me and share it.
 
I am a passionate fan of Football/Soccer and spend much of my free time on weekends watching games from across Europe’s top leagues.  I also watch during the week as well if there are matches to be played and I can fit it into my schedule.  The English Premier League in particular is a league I have always greatly enjoyed watching.  My first articles which will be posted shortly after this introduction will touch on the conventional “Big 6” in the premier league and how more teams are looking to break into that tier.  There will be more to come as the season unfolds. 

My love for the game started as a kid having spent much time during my childhood in London and has only expanded in my adult years.  The passion in the supporters and the number of supporters makes it such that you can almost always find someone interested in the game.  Most of my best friends don’t actually share my enthusiasm for sports in general so I also have been looking for a platform where I can talk about it with people interested in discussing The Beautiful Game.

I have told many of my friends about steemit so they can share their passions with the community as well going forward.

As a person who works in finance and trades/invests in all sorts of things including blockchain technology, and a passionate fan looking to communicate with other fans, I couldn’t be more thrilled than to have found this place.  It would be a long journey but my hope would be to one day start using the earnings to actually go to Europe and attend the games in person allowing me to share my experiences not only watching the games and talking to local fans, but traveling to the stadiums as well.
