Its Human nature that it got stuck in something bad it will always go backward to the past whatever we have done wrong in the past ,either its wrong business decision , trusting someone with something we always go backwards instead of forward because we are not accepting our past whatever has happened its done , No one in this world can change it now . So instead of **crying over split milk** we should have seen to the forward to our life.Because its affecting our present and future.

Then we have to be confidence in our present we have to take our decisions with the confidence and by learning from our past what have we done wrong in our past , but be confident . You will have all the information about your mistakes you have done in the past either its about your business or your personal life gathered all the information and then analyze what have caused the problem then overcome that problem and live your life with confidence because humans make mistakes its not a big deal but there are few who learned from their mistakes . 

We cannot live our life with fear , we have to live our life without fear . Just always remember this you have given this life time only one time there is no coming back after death , so instead of fearing from death it will come when its time will come nobody can change it . We have to spend time with family , educate other people whatever knowledge you have and donating and helping the poor people because these people are dependent on you and its our responsibility as a community to help these people.

In the end I just want to say that everyone has problems in their life family issues, money issues , social issues . But when you think about those problems always compare yourself people who are poorer than you and has every thing less in their life but they are happier than you . So people who are worse condition than you are happier then why cannot you. and tell your children about the value of life how precious it is  so they can understand it from childhood.
