# Hello Steemians,

I want to ask this question to the Steemit community that,  why it takes so much time to verify an account. It is really frustrating. It took whole $ days to get verified. I think this is quite a long time that can make any user irritated.

### Does anyone know why it takes so much of time and how do they verify the account? 

 I'm really excited and eager to find this answer.
