@lorderk.  Nothing is 100% sure in trading.  According to this post here, there is a shape of a head and shoulder pattern, along with a volume indicator.  If the price past above the neck line (white parallel line), then there is a good change to hit the target of around 1421.  If it doesn't past above the neckline, then there is a different story.  It's always like that in analyising, as far as I know for other analysts too.
