<center>  </center> <div class ="text-justify"> Hola comunidad deportiva, por aquí les vengo a compartir mi experiencia en otra carrera, la Cross Running 2022, con una distancia de 12km (dos veces un circuito de 6km), una carrera bastante exigente pero importante en el calendario de carreras de mi ciudad. Se realizó en Guara Guara, adentrado al llano como tal, un terreno estilo rústico, parecido al que usan como pistas de motocross o para competencias de carros rústicos, ubicado antes de llegar a San Tomé, un campo petrolero vecino. El cross running a diferencia del running de montaña que es bastante parecido, consiste en correr en espacios naturales abiertos como, colinas, bosques, desiertos, senderos, etc, con dificultades naturales y climáticas. Cross running, unlike mountain running which is quite similar, consists of running in natural open spaces such as hills, forests, deserts, trails, etc, with natural and climatic difficulties. Here are some pictures before, during and after. </div> <center>  </center> <div class ="text-justify"> La ruta estuvo fresca inicialmente, yo por supuesto con mis audífonos y mi música favorita para correr, correr al aire libre en un ambiente natural es algo de otro mundo, el terreno super irregular con subidas y bajadas bastante fuertes y hasta peligrosas, pero nada para lo que no hubiera entrenado, algunas partes boscosas y hasta suelos arenosos, lastima que no era arena de playa 😪 menos mal no llovió antes porque el suelo fangoso es mas difícil aun. Para esta carrera, al igual que muchas otras, hubo una modalidad de caminata con la mitad de la distancia, es decir, 6km, una vuelta al circuito. Durante el recorrido siempre estuve acompañada por la gran cantidad de personas que se inscribieron, eso siempre me ayuda a nivel energético porque en este mundo hay mucha gente genial que durante la ruta te anima y alienta a que no te rindas y logres llegar a la meta 🤗 # >The route was cool initially, I of course with my headphones and my favorite music to run, running outdoors in a natural environment is something from another world, the terrain super irregular with climbs and descents quite strong and even dangerous, but nothing for what I had not trained, some wooded parts and even sandy soil, too bad it was not beach sand 😪 thank goodness it did not rain before because the muddy soil is even more difficult. For this race, like many others, there was a walking mode with half the distance, i.e. 6km, one lap of the course. During the race I was always accompanied by the large number of people who signed up, that always helps me on an energetic level because in this world there are many great people who along the route encourage you and encourage you not to give up and make it to the finish line 🤗. </div> <center>         </center> <div class ="text-justify"> Ok, no esperaba agarrar podio en mi categoría, no lo vi venir, pero pasó y me hizo muy feliz 😍 aunque la verdad no había mucha gente en la categoría libre (de 20 a 29 años), sin animos de pasar por debajo de la mesa el mérito. Fue una celebración infinita porque muchos de mi equipo agarraron podio también, y que genial, porque sumo otro reconocimiento a mi colección, entrenar duro da sus frutos 💚 # >Ok, I didn't expect to get a podium in my category, I didn't see it coming, but it happened and it made me very happy 😍 although the truth is that there weren't many people in the free category (20 to 29 years old), without wanting to pass under the table the merit. It was an infinite celebration because many of my team took podium too, and how great, because I add another recognition to my collection, training hard pays off 💚 </div>    <div class ="text-justify"> Luego de celebrar todas las premiaciones como si fueran propias, nos fuimos a la casa de unos integrantes del grupo, a realizar la respectiva hidratación post carrera con unas verdes 🍻 y a despedir a 3 del equipo porque se iban ese mismo día del país. El mood cambió por completo, estábamos cansados y nostálgicos y pues, deseándoles lo mejor en su nueva vida, con todas las energías positivas que podíamos ofrecer. El día estuvo muy especial, lleno de emociones, se me salieron varias lágrimas, es un poco complicado las circunstancias por las que muchos toman estas decisiones, pero son cosas que pasan, que pasan bastante. # >After celebrating all the awards as if they were our own, we went to the house of some members of the group, to make the respective post-race hydration with some green 🍻 and to say goodbye to 3 of the team because they were leaving the country that same day. The mood changed completely, we were tired and nostalgic and well, wishing them the best in their new life, with all the positive energy we could offer.
