How to handle Excessive Urination

‍

For some people, the sight of urine is more distressing than seeing blood. Many find it embarrassing to have to go to the bathroom frequently, much less when they’re going to be at work. For others, the sight of urine is so distressing that they avoid public places like restaurants and other public venues because they’re afraid of being caught in the restroom with their pants down.

In any case, you know yourself pretty well by now and if you’ve been experiencing excessive urination for any time period then you know it’s probably not a good idea to go out in public without incontinence solutions. You should talk to your doctor about ways that you can manage your condition without hurting your chances of getting hired again or being able to participate in social activities again.

### What is Excessive Urination?

Excessive urination is the production of too much urine by your body. It’s more than just a little pee a day you may produce enough urine to urinate every day for a week or more! It’s also known as overurination and can occur for a number of reasons, including inflammatory bowel disease, bladder cancer, endometriosis, etc. When it happens, it’s often accompanied by a fullness feeling and a desire to pee. Your urine may also appear red or bloody.

Excessive urination is often a sign of a health condition such as an infection, hormonal imbalance, prostatosis, or urolithiasis. It can also be a sign of some nervous or stress-related condition. To begin with, let’s define what “excessive” means. Excessive urine flow is when you urinate more than you normally would, usually 2 to 5 times in 24 hours.

While some people experience only a few groaning, constant episodes of urineination, for others, this number can be high, many, or even most of the time that they’re awake. The usual volume for a person who is not pregnant is between 5 and 15 ml (roughly a half-cup) of urine per day.

Most people experience an increase in urine flow during the day, especially during periods of increased activity, but even during sleep, you may notice a change in the volume of your urine.

There are many reasons why your body produces too much urination, but the most common is simply that you’re urinating more than you’re urinating correctly. In most cases, you’re urinating more than you need to. Mix up your routine a bit and try to avoid any stumble while going to the bathroom.

Sometimes, the problem is that you’re not letting go of the bladder yet. Holding onto the bladder too long can cause pressure points on your bladder wall to get Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), which can lead to bladder cancer and kidney failure.

For example, let’s say you go to the bathroom 4 times during a 2-hour lunch break. After the lunch break, you go back to your desk and take a 2-hour break. Then, you head back to the office for another 2-hour break, and then you go home for the day.

By the end of the work day, you’ve urinated 4 times 3 times during your lunch break and once during your 2-hour home break. That’s a lot of urination, and you should probably take a break. However, you have to know that your excessive urination is normal and that you can correct your mistake.

### Going Out in Public without Incontinence Solutions

If you’re going out in public without incontinence solutions, you should probably think about wearing them. Most people feel like they have to pull their pants up when they have to go, but doing so can lead to urination problems specifically, incontinence. If you have to wear underwear when you have to go, but you don’t have to wear them all the time, then you’re likely doing just fine.

However, if you normally wear underwear when you have to go or if you think you might be going to the bathroom a little too often without underwear it’s probably a good idea to get in touch with your doctor about ways that you can deal with your over-urination without incontinence.
