**Happy Hive Power UP Day**

On the first day of each month, I review my goals and progress and stand by to attend the [Hive Power Up Day](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-hpud).

I reached the 8,441 [Hive Power (HP)](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-hive-power-hp) after powering up 25 [HIVE](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-usdhive) today. On February 1, my Hive Power was 8,000, today I am reaching 8,441 Hive Power, which shows my Hive Power has increased by 441 HIVE in February. 

**My Goals**

My goal in 2023 is to reach 12.000 Hive Power. I am glad to see that I am getting a little closer to my goal with each passing month.

**My March Goals**

- Publish at least 2 posts per day
- 2,000 comments in March, with an average of 500 per week
- Reaching 9000 HP with 559 HP
- Staying more engaged in [Hive](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-what-is-hive)
- Power up at least 1000 [LEO](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-leo) on [Leo Power Up Day](https://leofinance.io/@leoglossary/leoglossary-lpud) on March 15
- Keep growing in Splinterlands and Risingstar

[I set my goals for 2023 at the beginning of the year.](/@rtonline/my-2023-leo-and-hive-goals). I'm a little closer to my goals today, I hope I can continue without slowing down and reach my goals before the end of the year. For some personal reasons, I slowed down a bit in engaged in the last week of February, I hope I can make up for it in the coming days and continue on my way to reach my goals without slowing down.

Consistency is key to growth! also, being competitive and engaged helps a lot to grow more and achieve goals.
