Powrer and strategy are of course very important to win battles, but I think the lineup of the Monsters is much more important. That's why I take great care to place the Monsters in the position where they will be most effective, as well as adjusting the lineup of the Monsters according to the rulesets of the battle and the opposing player's strategy. The lineup of the monsters can change the fate of the battle, so even if your cards are the same as your opponent's or the opposing team is more powerful, the position of the monsters and the lineup of the monsters can determine the winner of the battle. Let's examine this in 2 battle.
**BATTLE 1**
 [Battle Link](https://splinterlands.com?p=battle&id=sm_CauwZv7lUoyfs9UpTHRT&ref=rtonline)
**Battle Ruleset**

- **Born Again**: All Monsters have the Rebirth ability. - **Target Practice**: All Ranged and Magic attack Monsters have the Snipe ability. - **Close Range**: Ranged attacks may be used in the first position in battles.
**Battle 1 Results**

**BATTLE 2**
 [Battle Link](https://splinterlands.com?p=battle&id=sm_BZUI7wz2rJwUCCeVVA3b&ref=rtonline)
**Battle 2 Ruleset**

- **Up to Eleven**: All Monsters have the Amplify ability. - **Born Again**: All Monsters have the Rebirth ability.
**Battle 2 Results**
In both battles, the summoners and monsters on the opposing team and my team were almost the same, the only difference was their lineup. Normally, such battles are expected to be very competitive, but this was not the case in these battles. In this battles, I adjusted the lineup of monsters according to the rulesets of the battles and this strategy worked quite well and my team won both battles quite easily. It is clear that both the opposing players and I attach great importance to the **Bloodlust Ability** and the **Martyr Ability** in both battles, indeed, these abilities are very effective in such battles. But it is in our hands to ensure that these abilities are more effective in battles, which is why I attach great importance to strategy in battles. Additionally, when I adjust the lineup of monsters, I also adjust which monster in my team will be the first target of enemy attacks. Frankly, it is not difficult to predict this according to the ruleset of the battle, but I would like to point out that if the opposing player determines a very different strategy, my prediction may not come true. I recommend you watch both battles from the battle links and you can see why the lineup of monsters is so important in the battles. ### Brief Descriptions of the Above Mentioned Abilities - **Snipe Ability** : Targets the first enemy Unit with Ranged, Magic, or no attack that is not in the first position. - **Amplify ability** : Increases Magic Reflect, Return Fire, and Thorns damage to all enemy units by 1. - **Rebirth Ability** : When this Montser dies it will self-resurrect with 1 Health once per battle - **Bloodlust Ability** : This Monster revels in the glory of combat and becomes more dangerous as the battle goes on. Every time it defeats an opponent, it gets +1 to all stats. - **Martyr Ability** : When this Unit dies, adjacent Units get +1 to all stats. **Today's Focus Chest Rewards**

https://images.hive.blog/0x0/https://files.steempeak.com/file/steempeak/carrieallen/b2DaEIe4-Text20divider20-20red20black.gif
What are your thoughts on the battle?
