Ancap-ch, From-en translation from english to tagalog part 65
#### Ancap-ch Details
This open source project is about translating books and articles of libertarianism, it is a political philosophy and school of anarchist thought. ancap-ch advocates the elimination of the state in favor of private property, self-ownership and free markets.

Too many theorists have inarm legal philosophies that is same to ancap-ch. However, Murray Rothbard is the very first person who used the term.

The project is now going for a translation on this GitHub link https://github.com/ancap-ch/from-en and anyone that has a skill of translating the project on specified languages are encouraged to participate on translating this project.

#### 5 example of translated words
>- The need for a productive economy that a warring state must have also explains why it is that *ceteris paribus* those states tend to outstrip their competitors in the arena of international politics which have adjusted their internal redistributive policies so as to decrease the importance of economic regulations relative to that of taxation.
>- Regulations through which states either compel or prohibit certain exchanges between two or more private persons as well as taxation imply a nonproductive and/or noncontractual income expropriation and thus both damage homesteaders, producers or contractors.
>>- Ang mga regulasyon sa pamamagitan ng kung saang estado ay nag sasaad alinman sa pagpilit o pagbabawal ng ilang mga palitan sa pagitan ng dalawa o higit pang mga pribadong tao pati na rin ang pagbubuwis ay nagpapahiwatig ng isang di-produktibo at/o di-kontratwal na ekspropriasyon ng kita at samakatuwid ay parehong makakapanira sa mga homisted, mga prodyuser o mga kontraktor.
>- However, while by no means less destructive of productive output than taxation, regulations have the peculiar characteristic of requiring the state’s control over economic resources in order to become enforceable without simultaneously increasing the resources at its disposal.
>>- Gayunman, kahit hindi gaanong mapanira ang produktibong mga kinalabasan kaysa pagbubuwis, ang mga regulasyon ay may natatanging katangian sa pangangailangan nang kontrol ng estado sa mga ekonomikang mapagkukunan upang maipatupad nang walang sabay-sabay na pagtaas ng mga pinagkukunan sa pamamahagi nito.
>- In practice, this is to say that they require the state’s command over taxes, yet they produce no monetary income for the state (instead, they satisfy pure power lust, as when A, for no material gain of his own, prohibits B and C from engaging in mutually beneficial trade).
>>- Sa pagsasagawa, ito ay para sabihin na nangangailangan sila ng utos ng estado sa mga buwis, gayon pa ma'y hindi sila gumagawa ng monetaryong kita para sa estado (sa halip, tinugunan nila ang purong kasakiman na kapangyarihan, tulad kapag ang A, para sa walang materyal na sariling pakinabang, ay nagbabawal sa B at C mula sa pakikibahagi sa kapwa kapaki-pakinabang na kalakalan).
>- On the other hand, taxation and a redistribution of tax revenue according to the principle “from Peter to Paul,” increases the economic means at the government’s disposal at least by its own “handling charge” for the act of redistribution.
>>- Sa isang banda, ang pagbubuwis at ang redistribusyon ng kita sa buwis ayon sa prinsipyo na “mula kay Pedro papunta kay Pablo,” ay dinaragdagan ang ekonomikang mga paraan sa pamamahagi ng pamahalaan sa pamamagitan lamang ng sarili nitong “paghawak ng singil” para sa pag-aksyon sa redistribusyon.
