# Suggesting to connect using steemconnect or v2steemconnect when logging in.

Suggesting to Connect using steemconnect or v2.steemconnect when logging in. every 3rd party tools should don't ask directly for a private posting key to use. or if asking should have an explanation why it needed to use the posting private key of the user.. 

Since the user treasures their dignity. they are even careful with every little thing that they do. the hackers/ thief can imitate the interface of it to use as a pishing tool to hack the users account. 

even its just a posting private key. it can be use to abuse the account by using it to upvote the user or using it to post a spam post that will end of being flagged of the account. 

so for everyone safetyness its more better to use steemconnect pr v2.steemconnect. to login in this webpage for the security of the users.
