Today I would like to look at Ephesians 4 verse 29

29)"Do not use harmful words, but only helpful words, the kind that build up and provide what is needed, so that what you say will do good to those who hear you."

When you give outing to your anger without thinking on what you are saying, you may hurt other people, and you will also destroy relationships. Anger that is suppressed often lead to bitterness. You must rather immediately do something about a negative situation, but in such away not to harm relationships. You must talk it through in a calm way and in this way build on your relationship.

Have a wonderful day
