It was a beautiful day and when I got home it only got better! @missmau had already lit the green egg!

And she had visited the butcher where she had bought ribeye steak.

A steak is quickly ready at high temperature and not too long above the fire.

Normally I like to prepare a steak as naturally as possible. But tonight I felt like a rub.

So I used some herbs to add extra flavor.
