In India, the users are enjoying some free mobile data flow from telecom companies now a days. Many of the users are not even aware about their mobile data consumption patterns. But, study says that nearly 10 GB of disappear every month from each user. This happens only to Android users.

Android users are losing data and their smartphone's battery life too with this mysterious action. Millions of GB mobile data is consumed, and downloaded video ads to the users phone without their knowledge. Research in Oracle ended up with an ad fraud, and a bot called ''DrainerBot'' (as per Washington Post report). The apps affected with the bot code are downloading gigabytes of video ads to the phones.

Hundreds of apps are infected with this code, and those apps are downloaded millions of time and consumed up to 10 GB data from each user, every month.

Oracle's research about the code ended up with a Dutch company called Tapcore. But Tapcore completely denied and confirmed they are not responsible and launched an internal investigation about the matter.

Google, Google play store blacklisted apps listed by Oracle. Draw Clash of Clans, Solitaire: 4 Seasons (Full), Perfect365 are some of the infected apps.

So, please take care about your data usage, battery life. You must watch your mobile phones charge and data use patterns continuously after installing apps. If your apps crash, or your phone works sluggish take care of your installed apps.
