Alcohol is great, but it's also not!
I love whine. I like beer. I drink!

Most times moderately. Some times too much. But definitely not at every possible occasion. Many times I do pass on the opportunity to drink, intentionally!

Why? Because I believe people don't take alcohol serious enough as a drug that can damage your life an the life of your beloved ones. I don't like the separation between good and bad alcohol consumption. One is not either addicted or not! It is a scale with all the possible shades of grey you can imagine. Watch yourself!

The following is real advice for a better life:
- alcohol is a drug and its highly addictive
- the ugly thing about addicitons: they creep in your mind, it feels like "i want to drink" when in reality it is "i have to drink" (make yourself aware of that)
- you condition (teach) your body that alcohol makes you feel good when you drin in certain situations; in reality its just a short term fake effect
So:
- don't drink when you are stressed
- don't drink when you are sad
- don't drink at every possible occasion
- drink consciuously, don't just do it
- don't make drinking a habit! Ever! 
- instead make it a habit to break the habit of drinking

Congratulations. You will have a healthier life with much lower risk of unintended alcohol abuse.

*Sidenote: Ditch cigarettes completely if you can. They are designed to make you hell of an addict.*
