The upvote are made in a very strange way (analysis done with the www.steemstats.com site) in some of my posts lately I've noticed a very strange thing,:

1 - many in close proximity on, 1 or 2 seconds of each other.
2 - all empty in the wallet, the most of the welcome SP who give the account creation.
3 - all of reputation (25), so the least.
4 - all with 0 posts.

I am afraid that it is multi-accounts created by the same user so that if the post is successful it will take a small fee.
Pretty much you have filled the post of many upvote but without any meaning, nor any real user feedback.
I ask developers to analyze this upvote system and take the appropriate measures, partly because the way in which it develops is totally useless and unreliable.

I hope to receive a feed back (real) by those who deal with it.
